EULEP Skills Competition

As a practical complement to the Capacity Building training, the UOC and its partners are coordinating the EULEP Skills Competition, which will take place from September 2025 until the end of November 2025.

Participants who complete the EULEP training will be eligible for the award for the Best Business Process Optimization Plan for SMEs. This competition will feature a jury of experts from the UOC, the Terrassa Chamber of Commerce, and the Terrassa City Council, who will evaluate the most innovative and applicable proposals, linked to real-world business problems.

Professionals taking part in the training will be able to present proposals that apply AI, VR, or Social Innovation to address real business challenges. Winners will be selected and recognized by a jury of experts from Catalonia’s VET ecosystem, with one prize awarded for each pathway.

Skills Competition winners will enjoy:

• An all-expenses-paid trip to Brussels funded by the EULEP project, where they will present their project at the international meeting during the EULEP Final Conference, alongside other winners from eight European countries (Date to be announced – May 2026).
• A public recognition ceremony at the Digital Impulse Hub, with visibility across the innovation ecosystem and through EULEP’s communication channels.
